You can place a withdrawal request by following the below steps.


1. Under the Hub, Click on “Withdraw"


2. Select the account/card/wallet where you'd like to transfer funds to. Enter the withdrawal amount, then click “Withdraw Now.”


3.Check the account and final amount that you would be receiving. Then click on “Confirm"

As a regulated financial institution, we are required to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. To meet our obligations, we may request proof of ownership for your payment card or bank account to ensure that all transactions are securely associated with an account in your name.


Card Verification:

1. Go to "Withdrawal Account" and find your deposited cards. Click "Verify Now" and "Upload" to submit.

2. Submit a photo of the card showing your name, last four digits, expiry date, and bank logo/name, or provide a statement with these details.


Cover all but the last four digits of your card number for security.


Complete these verifications before requesting a withdrawal.

It may take us up to 3 business days to process your withdrawal request. If we require you to provide further information to complete the withdrawal, this may further delay the processing of your withdrawal.


Please note: The processing time could vary among individual banks, which are independent of Mitrade and beyond our control.


After logging in to the platform, you can view your deposit and withdrawal history by navigating to “Transfer Record”.

A common source of error is attempting to register a card that is not in your name. This includes:


1. Registering a business or corporate card

2. Using a card belonging to someone else

You've already reached the limit of three cards in your account, you'll need to delete one of your existing cards before you can add a new one. Note that you can only delete a card that has been verified.

Mitrade will not charge you for any deposits, however depending on the payment method, your bank or payment provider may charge you a service fee. We suggest you check with your bank for more details.


If you choose an online payment to deposit, such as Skrill, please note that we currently only accept AUD/USD/EUR deposits. If your online payment currency is different from the base currency of your Mitrade trading account, you may be charged for currency conversion fees. We will not be responsible for any taxes and expenses incurred in this process.

Withdrawals will first be processed via Visa / MasterCard before any other accounts if you have used a card for your deposit.


After your card deposit has been fully withdrawn, any remaining balance will be processed using other payment methods you’ve used.

You may make a deposit via the below steps:


1. Click on the “Hub" Tab,

2. click on “Deposit"

3. Select the payment method you prefer.

4. Enter the amount you wish to deposit and click on deposit.

Deposit may occasionally be delayed due to processing issues, system errors, or additional verification requirements, holidays and weekends. If funds have been deducted from your bank account but are not reflected in your account within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team with proof of payment. The receipt should include the following information:


• Amount deducted

• Sender’s name

• Transaction details


Providing these details will help us investigate and resolve the issue more efficiently.

Mitrade offers a range of deposit methods, typically Deposit is instant (within 15 minutes), though there are some exceptions as listed below:

If your outstanding withdrawal request is “Pending”, you will not be able to deposit more funds. You can either cancel your current withdrawal request or wait for your withdrawal status to change to "Processing" to deposit.

We normally process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours. It may take up to 5 business days for the funds to reach your card/bank account.


Time may vary due to your bank operating procedures. Mitrade is not liable for any delays.

You may cancel the withdrawal request when withdrawal request status is still "Pending". The requested withdrawal amount will be immediately returned to your trading account.

Withdrawals can be declined for various reasons. Some common reasons are listed below


1. Negative margin

2. Failed Bank account audit

3. Invalid/Closed/Restricted withdrawal account

Minumum withdrawal is 20-50USD


* Please note that the minimum amounts may vary based on your country and selected payment method.

Most withdrawls are received withing a few business days, but it may take up to 7 business days, depending on your bank and payment method. If you haven’t received the funds by then, please follow these steps:


1. Check the status of your funds on your withdrawal page.

If the status is complete, it means the funds have been sent to your bank. In that case, contact your bank for more information.

2. We may have sent a message regarding your withdrawal. Check both your inbox and spam folder.

3. For compliance purposes, funds are sometimes directed to accounts/cards linked to your account. Please check all your relevant accounts. You may also view which accounts are selected to be withdrawn to on your withdrawal page.

A single withdrawal request may be fulfilled through multiple transactions to meet the total requested amount . Mitrade will not be responsible for any processing delays in withdrawals caused by external payment systems.

If a credit or debit card you used to deposit funds to your Mitrade account has been canceled but still appears as a withdrawal option, you’ll need to:


1. Obtain a letter from your card issuer confirming that the card has been deactivated.

2. Once you have the letter, contact our customer service via chat. Upload the letter as proof, and .we’ll assist you in setting up an alternate payment method for withdrawals.

You won’t be able to withdraw funds from your Mitrade account to an expired card. Once your credit or debit card expires, its details will be automatically blocked.


You may add a new card from the withdrawal page by following the below steps


1. Click on "Withdrawal account" and then click on "Add"


2. Enter the respective account details that you wish to save in Mitrade. Following that, upload a bank statement or bank book within the recent 1 year for the entered account.


This document should include

a. Account holder’s name

b. Bank Account Number

c. Bank code/Branch Code

d. Bank name/Logo


3. Finally, click on "Add"

To deposit with Apple Pay or Google Pay, just follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account on your mobile app and go to the 'Hub' section.

2. Select ‘Deposit' and choose ‘Apple Pay' / ’Google Pay’ from the list of payment options.

3. Enter the amount that you wish to deposit.

4. Click on the Apple Pay/Google Pay button to deposit.

5. The card details you have stored in your Apple Pay or Google Pay account will show on the screen. Review your card details and confirm the payment via Touch ID or Face ID with your device.

6. You’ll now see a confirmation pop-up on your screen.

Once Apple Pay or Google Pay confirm the transaction, we'll credit the funds immediately to your trading account.

Note: Apple Pay and Google Pay is only available in selected countries.

To withdraw funds to your Apple Pay or Google Pay account, follow the steps below:
1. Go to the 'Hub’ section on your mobile app.
2. Select 'Withdraw'.
3. Enter the amount to withdraw.
4. Select Apple pay or Google pay as your preferred withdrawal account and click on ‘Withdraw Now’
5. Confirm the withdrawal by checking the withdrawal amount and withdrawal account again.

We'll review your request within 24 hours. Once it's approved, the funds will be credited to your card within 5 business days.
